I might do it and swap the EVO badging for Aventador badges then just make it a point to stay away from Cars and Coffee events. Probably be able to fool 90% plus of the public.

It looks nice once open but the problem is if you look closely in the vid at one point like in most doors like these there's a lot of spring/jiggle once it's open flat before lifting it up. The jiggle looks very cheap. You can see the sales people trying real hard in many videos not to show the wiggle. Many people who have put them on Vettes for example often regret it because it can rub the paint and become loose and chipping even more paint. Some are always struggling to realign the doors.

Over all I wouldn't put them on.

Somewhere on this forum about 10 years ago, there was a post along the lines of: "what would you have liked the Gallardo to have come with" and by far it was scissor doors followed by cruise control then electric seats. I personally think ALL Lambos should come with Lambo (scissor) doors. Maybe then I would have bought a Huracan instead of an AV, but the scissor doors were the deal maker/deal breaker for me.

True and to be honest the process to convert sounds pretty involved/aggressive and I would be disinclined to have that down to my EVO for that reason alone. I prefer, with exception, that the car be modified by the factory only.

I can see how that may be concerning to others but Es Macht Nichts as far as I am concerned.

The conversion process isn’t easy and it was pretty costly if I remember right. The other thing although not huge, but it’s the way it opens out so far before it goes up. That looks unnatural.
