The one and a half year wait is finally over and my Tecnica was delivered to the dealership. Was at the dealer yesterday to see it and the outside looks great with more curves and creases than my H EVO RWD. When I opened the door to see the inside, the leather on the driver seat side bolsters is heavily wrinkled and looks worn. The car has 30 miles on it, has never left the dealership, and for a car that cost $65K more than my ‘22 RWD I would expect the seats to be up to Lamborghini’s high quality standard like the RWD when it arrived, which was in excellent condition. Are you seeing this with your Tecnicas?

These comfort seats are a bit disappointing. After having my performante and expected electric and heated seats for paying for comfort seats. No heat no electric adjustment, turn knob 1980s car seat adjuster is not it. The way the seat sits low to the floor is great . But the design of the seat itself needs work

is that from the delivery or have you used that car a bit? Interior is dusty and there are water marks on the side of the chair too…

But to say about the wrinkles… I would definitely take that with the dealer, that is not ok without a large discount or replacement of seats in perfect condition as it was supposed to be on a car of this caliber and price

Good looking car and congrats!
Pretty odd that you bring this up as I was just discussing this with someone a few days ago! My '23 evo AWD Coupe came in with PERFECT seats (sport)! I was sooo happy and thought I'd beat the odds and gotten flawless seats..... Low and behold, after 1,000 miles, I have a few wrinkles in the side😌! Not the hugest of deals as that definitely doesn't make or define the car. Just hope it doesn't get worse.

My passenger seat on my brand new Urus looked much worse than that on delivery. All else was smooth and flawless. I just live with it. Leather wrinkles as you use it and I plan on using the cars.

Ferrari seats tend to be a step up, IMO. But I just don’t like their cars as much. I love the design of the Urus and the new Pureosangwueyathingy doesn’t do anything for me.

I would bet you when the car was still in factory or at the dealer, a service tech sat on bolster for a while with his legs still outside the car. That isn't even a normal level of wear and tear.

It seems to be more common these days. My turbo s had these wrinkles after 2000km and I work really hard on my leg days so I could get in and out of the car without touching them lol

My bmw X6M on the other hand is the the best I have seen. It has minimal creasing after 20k km.

The seats will wear off as you drive it. This is unavoidable. I say enjoy the car for what it is and don't bother with little details. It'll spoil your whole experience. Leather is a natural material so it is expected. If the design was more like the SF90 where the support goes all the way up the edge of the seat, then it wouldn't be an issue. But this is how the seats were designed. Nothing you can do about it.
I guess if you can levitate while driving then no problem! 😜

Idk those creases especially in the urus appear excessive. Here is my urus S seats after 3 months and 1200miles versus 7000 miles in my turbo S. My f8 is getting first year annual service done but I bet it’s around the same. Small creasing is normal. As noted all leather will get some creases but the above appears like a ton more. Are you guys heavy? Im 6’00 and 185lbs

3 months LOL. Report back in 12,000 miles. Not to mention perforated leather hides a lot of “irregularities”.

I won’t have the car in 12000 miles as my Performante will replace it in the spring. My last 2022 urus had a bit more creasing after 5600 miles which was by far the most miles I put in any of my cars each year.

I’m 6.2 and 200 pounds (on way to 185 if I can manage it). :)

my Urus passenger side just came like that. My driver side is still smooth after a few thousand miles. Either way. This sort of stuff doesn’t get to me anymore. I used to worry about rock chips and scrapes. Life’s to short. It’s what you DO with the car that matters, not what imperfections it has.

Leather creases, concrete cracks, 💩 rolls downhill and payday is on Friday.

It is what it is. I'd be more concerned with the mismatched seat belt and tell them to replace it with a black belt above anything else before signing for it.

Just my opinion.

The scandal looks fantastic btw.

Agreed, very excessive. I would have been extremely disappointed.

To be honest. I would raise this issue up with Lamborghini corporate. Their shipping companies don’t treat these cars with respect. You know it’s from the drivers sitting on the edges of the seats causing this damage during the transport process. To avoid this Lamborghini needs to put plastic shells on the lower and upper portion of the seats. You simply need to either sit in the seat, if you sit on the edge you’re going to compress and damage the material.
