Does anyone have pics of the 2 coolant drain plugs that are side by side mid center rear underneath car, located on aluminum coolant pipes??? I just want to have a pic for my reference... thanks alot
I have done this a dozen times on various vehicles. Never a problem?..
But i really dont feel confident with cold water flushing..

I still don't like the idea of flushing with tap water that partially stays behind and I don't want to go buy 100 gallons of distilled water. Think I'll just drain/fill two years in a row.Yes there are, at least on the 560, but you need not worry about them if you flush my way. Not sure where they all are other than the one on the side of the pan, but there may be more ports you can open, depending on the MY of your car.
If you look at the coolant chart i shared in former post.. Remember mixing coolant wil or might give you a reduced coolant efficiency.Just called my dealer and they're using Fricofin DP which is G12 ++. I'm guessing they just mix it with the old and don't completely flush the system.
LOL! 100 gallons?I still don't like the idea of flushing with tap water that partially stays behind and I don't want to go buy 100 gallons of distilled water. Think I'll just drain/fill two years in a row.
Yes, exactly what he said. Just don't mix G11 with G12. G12+ and ++ are compatible as is G13. The pentosin I bought is the original G11.> A spoke with a former Lambo tech before doing this and he said not to
> sweat it too much over the coolant. GL11, GL 12++ or GL13 would be fine.

No one know the bleed screw answer? Is there a bleed screw to siphon off air that is introduced into the system during a coolant change? If so, where is it located?
