I think @kotykb is in the middle and he should host at his new place. Plus, I love that area and have a good friend out there
I have plenty of parking in my driveway too (I'm in Phoenix) I've been craving to get back to Orange Country/LA and hit the canyons too. It was so nice living in Venice Beach, I could be in the Malibu Canyons in 15 min from my house which they have some of the best driving roads in the country.

Is that a Landscape Architect's digital rendering?
Its a drone shot that my turf company took to utilize for their marketing, it might be touched up a bit.

The pool plaster OEM company came out a few weeks ago to take pics of my backyard, the shots came out great and they don't look like renderings. They said its up for pool of the year, which is pretty cool. I designed and GC'd the whole project and likely did it for a fraction of what many other people pay for a similar quality job. I did go through a lot of stressful moments but it was worth it to get it dialed in to my standards. National Pool Tile | NPTpool.com | NPTpool.com

Your home is absolutely stunning and I especially like your attention to detail. We came very close to purchasing a winter home in Troon North in 2018, but I love the ocean so we chose Coastal Georgia. What I wish we could have is some of the amazing varieties of Palm Trees available in Arizona. You should be very proud of your creation.

Thank you, I appreciate it. It wasn't easy at first leaving SoCal but once we got settled in, built the house we wanted... we absolutely love it here! We've gone through two summer and its not bad at all. As long as you have good AC in hour house, a pool, cars with ceramic window tint... you're good to go!

Your crib is more balling than the Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury.

I've been tempted by AZ - loved Carefree when I rented a nice villa there for a week. Ultimately I couldn't bring myself to leave LA just yet. I built a 4,000 square feet house over by Calabasas but the land isn't nearly as big as yours. It's my first house so there will be room for upgrades in the years to come. I was looking to see what I could get in Texas and it makes my head spin, but ultimately I can't leave California weather just yet.

I've also considered moving to Europe and buying a villa on the Spanish sun coast (Marbella).

I lived in the Blue Lagoon complex in Laguna Beach for a few years back in 2014, we hope to buy a vacation home there again. After living in Laguna, San Francisco and Venice Beach for 10 years, now in Phoenix for two years, I have zero regrets. Our budget for a house was ~$2.5m and in Santa Monica/Manhattan Beach that got you nothing, in Scottsdale was a very nice home on a smaller lot, in Peoria/NW Phoenix we didn’t need to spend over $2.0 to get what we have and I selected alllll the options haha. For the bang for the buck, the Midwest lifestyle, great public schools and a good community for my wife’s surgery practice (breast surgical oncologist) we’re very happy with our decision to relocate here.

On the other hand my offices are in Culver City and Cupertino, I’ll be traveling back and forth 3 days a week soon.

I can’t imagine the cost to build in the Calabasas but I’m sure it’s a stunning property

Just washed my EVO for the first time and can’t believe how easy it was and how little it “leaked” after drying it. Not sure if the Gyeon ceramic coating is better than others I’ve used in the past but after blow drying it I only had to use one 16x16 towel to take care of everything. Thx @kotykb for creating this thread!

I did lose one tire valve stem over the past couple weeks and another was loose. Guess I should’ve checked them immediately!! And hoping my SA can hook me up. Also, anyone know how to remove rust on the exhaust? It’s small now but wanna stop it asap. Thx!!
