In Springdale, UT which is the gateway to Zion Park is a place called the Bumbleberry Inn. It's been there since the seventies. Unfortunately the restaurant, bakery and theatre burned to the ground in November of 2020. It took a year and a half to rebuild and they just reopened. So today I stopped by for their famous "Bumbleberry Pie Holes" after not having them for a year and a half and yes that's what they're really called. They also make a delicious Bumbleberry pie. It was a beautiful sunny day up there and I just got back.
