Jason B xxxxxxx1, wow! Just about every area you listed are nice areas. I wonder if these cars being common in nicer areas get targeted more than in smaller towns where you donít see these vehicles?

When Iím out I get nothing but thumbs up and people pulling up to me screaming nice car who are genuinely super excited. No haters to date.

xxxxxxx1 In my opinion, I feel weird things do happen more often when you have a very nice car.
Funny now but not funny then!...I have had no issues with people messing with the Lambo but these 3 things happened over the years...

1- Was selling the Porsche 993 Cab the following Saturday morning, so decided to visit a couple Ft Lauderdale strip clubs with a buddy the night before the sale of the car... upon exiting "The Dollhouse" I noticed someone had keyed the drivers door....I was shocked... when I got up the following morning I noticed the key mark went around the entire car! (that sale required a nice discount)

2- Top down at the Grocery store in Palm Beach (Jaguar XK ) When I returned, someone had tossed an orange beverage into the car.. maybe a drive by.. based on the splatter pattern (top down.. bad idea) lol

3- just a few months ago ...parked at the movie theatre in St Augustine Florida ( Mercedes SLR)_. and after the movie I drove away and felt a vibration, lug bolts were super loose on both passenger wheels (Glad I didn't stay to see the movie credits, lol) The following night there was a car on blocks , same place!

I can laugh about it now but, I feel sorry for the saps involved because they must have a really miserable life. They "will" get what they deserve from their own actions.

I love cars and don't worry too much about the past, just live life and play harder!!

I think the Lamborghini does get a lot more respect than most cars and that itself may make people think twice before doing something .

Tomaso That is cool. The alarms that have a proximity warning if you get close and say step back work pretty well also. Guess you can't protect against the person that kicks the car or worse and runs away no matter what warning goes off.

It does and acts as a deterrent just like an alarm too. Itís got a super bright beacon green strobe that blinks and when people see it they back away and they think itís going to sound.

Also, if someone closes a door near you, touches it, or bumps it, you instantly get a text and have a live view of the car. You can adjust the sensitivity of course but I like it as soon as I know someoneís around it. Anytime they see that green strobe they back away and never have tried touching it. This kind of peace of mind is truly priceless.

LamboGrasshopper Looks like the consensus is don't leave a Lambo unattended.

I'm in the market currently, but I hated leaving my 911 parked where I couldn't see it. Fortunately as a 3rd "fun only" car I mainly drove it for fun only. Now that I've sold it, I'd like to find the right Pre-LP G, and I cannot imagine leaving that one parked where I am not watching it the whole time.

Nope. Well, came out maybe 8 months ago. Some top end guys left apple to start the company and there is only one cam that they make, which I like since all their time goes to one part, instead of having 12 other products, this company has ONE. I was trying to become a reseller, but currently you can only get from them.

It's awesome.

This makes me want to wait until the human comes out to get in their car and then horse whip them with a piece of garden hose.
