Default My Modesta Coating

If you have not gotten your glass coat, get one. You'll put showroom cars and factory finishes to shame. Of course pictures can't capture the coat, but I'll just post the process of mine getting done. Big thanks to Hi Performance Detailing in Baton Rouge, LA for an outstanding job.

WOW! That is incredible!
At first, I thought the hood had left over wax (or something) ... until I realized that it was reflecting clouds in the sky!
Can this be done to any color/paint job?

To cure Modesta, it is best to infared it for 24 hours to make the glass harden. I don't have the picture of it but multiple infrared bars surround the entire car in a dark room for curing.

Here's a little example of that on a bentley that was done before me.

It is awe striking when you see the glass in person. I can't even describe it. And yes those are clouds in the sky reflecting off the paint.

It can be done to any color on any car. It will protect your paint from self inflicting swirl scratches from car washes, oxidation by the sun, bird droppings, road grime, and leave a shiny gloss that no wax can even attempt to do. Also the car will "self-clean", which means that when you're traveling in rain, the dirt in the water won't stick to the glass, but rather flow off with the water. And on top of all this, it will last for 10 years! No more waxing, no more swirls in the paint, no paint fading or dulling from UV exposure, and insane gloss.

Also you can layer it multiple times, such as apply BC-03, then BC-04, and then BC-05 making it a very thick coat of glass. And then apply BC-06 and BC-09 to the wheels, where as brake dust can no longer stick to your wheels or "bake" into the wheel paint from the brake heat. The coating can withstand up to 1300 degrees C of temp in the wheels, and 700 degrees C on the body.

Here's an example of how you do the wheels. Take them off, apply the modesta by hand to each wheel, and then infrared the wheels for 24 hours.
