Default 1st & R-Gear only can be difficult to insert (eGear)

Hello.

I still have problems with the 1st and the reverse gear.

These only go in if I press the lever / button for about 2 seconds.

The clutch and release bearing has already been replaced and reset with LaRa @Lamborghini Dealer. But it did not bring success.

Battery is new. Brakinglight ok.

Is it possible to vent the actuator?

Original clutch with index F and was installed at a workshop that repairs the Audi R8.
The car was then with the trailer to Lambo for the coding.

But the old clutch still had 36% and the error was already there.

I think it could be the actuator. Can I vent this?

Gated transmission does not have a lever and button? You cannot hold a gated transmission for two seconds?
