Default Clutch not disengaging on '91 Diablo

I recently replaced my clutch thinking that the problem was caused general age of the clutch and it being worn out... it turns out that the clutch wasn't disengaging properly and so was getting worn out super quick... The problem seems to be worse when the car gets hot...

New clutch is in and it's still not disengaging!

Any idea what it could be?

Currently considering whether we need to drop the engine again to open up the gearbox and have another look

Workshop manual got messurments for adjusting slave cylinder fork.

Other common thing is to change wrong kind of clutch to car.

Early cars, pre VT, use Sachs clutch that pulls pressure plate, with staright clutch slave cylinder.
Later, VT cars use Valeo clutch that push pressure plate, with reversed clutch slave cylinder.

Would it be worthwhile changing both master and slave?

Try to disengage it manually under the car and see if it’s possible anyhow.
