Default Front clunking while steering wheel on full lock while moving

Maybe this was well known, maybe it is not, but I just want a clarification on whether this is normal for a Huracan LP610-4.

I've always noticed a bit of clunking noise/vibration at the front while the steering wheel is fully locked while moving slowly, like make a turn into a parking space, maneuvering in a parking lot, or even turning into my garage. But never thought too much of it as I've read about the Haldex System on the AWD, and the Ackerman Effect, and I thought those must be the reasons for the clunking.

But a couple of nights ago, I took the Huracan out to dine at a restaurant for a few hours, and it was cold, raining, and the road is wet. When I was making my leave, the clunking was significantly louder and more violent. Which gave me second thoughts on this "normal" operation.

I tested this out today (no rain, mid 60 degrees, dry road) to see if I can replicate the clunking issue. I found that it was only apparent when the front lift is up. Not so much (if any) when the car is lowered.

Should I be worried and get the car checked out?

Perfectly normal. It's called the Ackerman effect.

Typically the conditions you listed (cold, wet, etc) make the effect more pronounced and this is normal. This is why I typically notice it during the mornings. If you think it is bad in the Huracan, you should try it in the latest Corvette Z06. Those 285 width front tires are worse, much worse.

I hear the same on my HP. Nothing to be concerned about.
