Here you go Russ for Hawaii......In Texas there can't be less than 25% light transmission or it will fail inspection. So I went with 25%.........

Thanks Albert, looks like I can go 35% here. I was it going to do it but I was looking at my car today and I just thought how much nicer it would look with those side windows tinted.
Had ours tinted prior to delivery, and I am glad I did. The dark tinted windows, black wheels, orange calipers, and the Blu Cepheus paint really look every bit like a mean dream machine. Plus ZERO GLARE!!!

I wish I would’ve thought to have them do it before I picked the car up, but didn’t realize I really wanted it. Did you do just the side windows or the rear window as well?
Russ I did the side windows, windshield, and the small bit of glass between the engine and the cabin. I did not do the rear bonnet glass....heck I want to see the engine art! I had everything tinted @25% which, as we I mentioned, is the legal limit for Texas.

Here in MA can get a ticket for 25% and also would have to remove for yearly inspection
My car arrived on a Saturday from NC and had it inspected on Monday.......and it passed so no problem there. I have essentially 20-20 vision and good night vision so I will be fine. Having said that, the EVO is not a car I want to do a lot of night time driving with anyway it's such a low profile vehicle and there are so many maniacs out on the road, heck, sometimes I am one of those maniacs especially with this beast. :giggle:

Lambo2018, thank you for the compliment. I am in Orange County Southern CA. Although I LOVE TX and houston + San Antonio are my favorites followed by Dallas.
The wife and I lived in SF for four years and had a blast. Man o man loved the wine country and back in the early 80's the wine tours were first rate........not so much anymore. Love the Lone Star state and those Texas backroads. I mentioned this in another post but I can take those backroads at high speeds and the cows and horses never complain. ;)

Chris in Texas you can do 25% which I did.......still waiting on the paperwork for the windshield percentage and I will update if and when they send it. Here are some side shots.......love the look and functionality. I did not do the engine bonnet glass but I did do the glass partition behind the seats.
