I am working on a friends Urraco and the crazy pulley system is a mess inside the pass door.
Can anyone help with fixing/ replacing this?
Diagrams, parts lists, suggestions.

the cables are really a fun thing to work on. I have seen 2 different systems on the urraco (maybe one was already modified, but who knows, one had a tensioner, the other didn't):

Anyways I have replaced my cables with new ones and followed that sketch here (see pic). the tricky part is to roll the cable onto the pulley, but when you let loose it jumps right off again, therefore I used a piece of wood with bolts in it that clamped the cable so I could put it in place. then I let it loose. and everything was fine.

I also added 2 relais on the motor which makes the mechanism as fast as on a modern car....

My friend has owned it since it was brought to the USA in the eighties.

Do you know what this means? The owner thinks the car was not supposed to have been shipped to the US. Plus he said the vents were painted for unknown reason.

"in rodaggio" means "running in"... so this is more or less an advertisement for AGIP oil and fuel. lovely, keep it at all costs ;-)

are there still the pulleys? mine is a P300 from 1976, so for some reason the brackets on the window looks different, strange => no idea how the cable is being attached to the window in your case

The evnts should be painted in Canna di Fucile (metallic grey).
