Who Owns This Sv Monterey?

Can anyone tell me who owns this and where it is located? A guy wants to sell this to me but it all sounds a little dodgy. And he donsn`t seem to know wich of the 20 made this is?!?
He claims the vin to be ZA9DU21B5WLA12999 this seem like a number that could be right. Could anyone please help me as the car is located in a different part of the world, and the seller wants a deposit. Thanks for all help!

If it was in Monterey, I would've have seen it or taken a picture of it and/or have had a chat with the owner. Describe the car to me and I'll tell you what I know about it.

That is the one that was wrecked and rebuilt, hence the '99 front end on a '98...Car has been for sale forever, I would avoid unless they will go down to $75k

I personally am not looking to buy the monterey, merely just posting the link for the starter of the thread. So basically the "UPDATED" to look like a newer Diablo is only because it had been wrecked. Correct?

They also "upgraded"the interior if I recall with some hideous suede. Not that suede is hideous just the quality on this particular car.
