What is this little thing in the Huracan engine bay? It looks like something a actuator arm or similar would attach to. There is a fitting on the other side of the dip stick for the same thing although there isn't one there.
I just noticed looking at this picture that there is another one forward on the other side of the airbox...

I'm sure it's a simply explanation and I'll feel like an fool after someone explains it's purpose. :cool:

Strange placement, but it does look like gas strut ball stud bolts. See example below.

I believe that is one of the attachment points for the engine bay cover. Mine is a Spyder so it doesn't have a cover. Looks like you are missing the one on the left.

That is what I thought at first also however, the engine cover doesn't interact with these post in anyway at all.

Maybe used when engine being serviced to hold hatch up higher?
