I have said it many times before. Chadwick's is very, very far from being the best out there.

Don't take my word for it. Go to any of the detailing forums - Autopia, Detailed Image, etc. These guys do this for a living. It is overpriced and overhyped, with many better options out there.

Optimum No Rinse is excellent. It performs better than Chadwick's, and is multipurpose - using different dilution strengths, it works very well for waterless wash, rinse less wash, or even clay bar lubricant.

For next level performance, try this:

https://www.carpro-us.com/quick-detail/carpro-ech2o-concentrate-34oz-1-liter/

This formulation is amazing. While I loathe using any waterless/rinseless wash, this works incredibly well.

I don't like to harp on, but Chadwick's really is all about advertising over substance. Their product range is a joke. Their microfibres are the equivalent of Kmart towels, their "buffer block" is horrendous (believe me, I have corrected several cars that have been damaged by using Chadwick's - most think that their finish looks great, but that is because of the fillers. If you wash your car, and then strip it down with isopropyl alcohol, or a dedicated product such as CarPro's excellent Eraser, you WILL reveal swirls).

I don't have a horse in this race. Just trying to look out for my Lambo brothers.

It really is my pleasure. I love it when I can help. If you want a GREAT waterless/rinseless wash, try the CarPro ECH20, and avoid Chadwick's. On the surface, you won't see a huge difference, because Chadwick's uses fillers. Down the road, however, the Chadwick's cars will have swirls (albeit filled-in swirls, so less noticeable), and your finish will look great, because it has less imperfections.

Good luck!

I will look for it in Australia. Not having a lot of luck finding it at auto shops. Thank you.

These? I have no clue about the geography constraints in Australia, so if I am way off base, apologies, Bruce!!

Not ever seeing it using any product like this, I presume the car has to be reasonably clean. So if the car only has dust on her, would that be ideal?

Yes, for any waterless/rinseless wash, it is advisable not to use them on a car that has actual dirt on it.
Absolutely, shoot me a PM if you need some sent your way.

Unfortunately where we live, we need to take water and lint free micro cloths to our car regularly to keep it popping. This is how I wash the Gallardo and it reduces chances of scratches on top caused by grabbing grime off the bottom of rockers or wheels wells.

Lots of grit on our roads as we are in the salt belt so cleaning is very important here.

Cheers Guys.

Would it be the initial setup is costly or is it the on going costs Vicky?

What do you guys use to blow dry your vehicles? I have a 250 mph black and decker leaf blower, but it leaves a bit to be desired. If you use a compressor at home, what size?

Thanks.

Previously, I used car wash soap to wash my car but water is scarce here. I shared this problem in another forum and many of them in the forum recommended me to try waterless wash. I dared to do it but I was not happy with the product that I applied for the first time. I don't want to mention the name, but currently, I am using one by Chemical Guys and I am pleased with it. Now, I don't think about another option for this job.

I think it really depends on how dirty the car is, and is it dust or dirt. They all look pretty good for me because the worst mine is light dust.
