The 991336 part number doesn't appear to be a Lamborghini part number. It may be an internal number for the dealer or perhaps for an aftermarket clutch. The clutch, flywheel and pressure plate come as a single unit when purchased from Lamborghini. The most recent part numbers I find for the assembly are 07L105269F for 04-05 manual and all years of E-gear or 07L105269G for the 06-08 manual.
The Lamborghini clutch assembly lists for between $3500 and $4000. You can compare that to the price shown on the invoice as a possible clue to what it may be.
