I know this is old but unsure if you found a solution so I will chime in.

I have a Cayenne Turbo and have been extremely happy with Fabspeed tune... 99 more HP and 140tq.

Since your motor is based on the Cayenne version I would reach out to Fabspeed and see what they've done so far with the Urus.. Best of luck!
