Urus Pricing

Hey guys … I’ve been tracking Urus prices for a bit now, looking for a placeholder before my refresh order comes to life.

I have noticed in the past week or so that a number of listings are dropping in price by 20-30k and many of the 2021s have been sitting for 3 months or more. This strikes me as dealers with a lot invested into the inventory being stubborn even though demand is falling. Anyone else notice this? Might the tide have turned back towards reason??

The bottom will continue to go lower, there is just a little bit of lag in the market
Well I mean the current U is almost 5 years old now and the Perf/S arriving next year so prices will naturally go down even in a hot market.

closed a a deal today at msrp plus dealer costs for ppi for super low mileage very loaded 2022. Deal was for a client who wanted to trade the car in for a new car that just arrived so he could get the tax credit. It allowed dealer to sell him the new car and take his “trade“ for no flooring cost so overall a win win.

Where can I find a new Urus for MSRP or at least close? I’m interested. Don’t see any when I search.

Not many brand new ones would be available as most are customer orders. And any dealer stock would be marked up quite a bit. I’ve seen a couple of 2022 Urus with low miles within $10-15K of MSRP out there….
New Urus orders at MSRP are 3 years out. If you are willing to pay markup you can get one now. Everyone wants an Urus and they cant keep up with it.

Yup and that's assuming you get what you ordered because S and Perf orders might be converted to the hybrid if you're at the bottom of the list.

Not new, but under 1K miles and less than $10K over MSRP. Probably as good a deal as you can get nowadays.

Another one not too far over MSRP -

The green one at Grand Prix is about 20 over as the MSRP is about 280 and they are including a 11k wrap in the price they list. I looked at it closely. The dealer is already under water on it big time as they paid 330k for it and had it listed initially at 350.

I ended up getting a non advertised 4 month old break in miles car locally I got for MSRP plus doc fees and ordered a performante for late 23/early 24. My deal was pretty lucky and I have a local guy I met that also got a new 2022 for MSRP out of Houston when someone backed out. You will likely be able to find an MSRP car in the next 6 months but not likely a new one.

In the spring and early summer, wholesale was about 50K over. The market has been pounded since. This green car will be a hard sell over $300K in todays market. Buying $50K over to list for just $20K profit is like picking up quarters in front of a steamroller. Too little margin for error, IMO

You got a pretty sweet deal! Agree with what you say about pricing in 6 months…..
I'm still shocked an outgoing model is still selling over list which means the early S/Perfs will be selling for well over list.

Im not sure the ones listed over sticker are selling. There have been the same 450+ Cars for sale the last two months
I'm still shocked that the current U is still holding up well even though it's the ongoing model and still shocking with 450+ U for sale the S/Perf are basically sold out.
The Urus has competition, but its not strong competition. Yes you can benchrace it against a X6M, Cayenne Turbo S, Bentagya Speed, RSQ8 etc etc but drive it and you can see why its sold out for about 3 years at MSRP. I think it has the complete package. Speed, comfort, suspension, handling, traction, trunk space, utility, the Lambo emblem, cool af interior layout controls, priced reasonably well and looks expensive. It's docile when you want it to be, frantic when you are in the mood. Reason why its holding up in pricing is because the S/Performante are sold out for years. Market has gone down, however, I think you'll start seeing more reasonable Urus pricing in next 3-6 months. All the stimmie ballers finally getting their delayed monthly payment and will be sticker shock when that bill comes for their first payment.

Current U prices will slip but I don't see S/Perf's selling for sticker for years. Too much demand and not enough supply.
they have made so far 20,000 Urus's as of June 2022.
as for Huracan's - 20,000 of them as well including technica, STO.
only 11,465 Aventador's have been made from 2012-2022.

with the economy changing - the whole car market could see a massive correction.
They are expected to double production with the introduction of the new 4 seat sedan(Version of Estoque),so I don't believe it will affect prices that much.Demand will continue to grow even more than before

I agree, even 20,000 U isn't keeping up with demand.

At the moment in Europe,Urus is very liked and holds a high value, prices remain high and often clients paid over sticker.Meanwhile the conflict in Ukraine is deepening, the problems with the shortage of various raw materials are increasing.Such a situation only keeps prices up
