Have a 2012 Gallardo with a device installed by a previous owner. The dealer that sold me the vehicle didn't know what it was, and I've ignored it and not touched it. Anyone recognize what this is? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried following the wire to see where it goes? Or you can crank it up to 3 and see what happens

Looks like a tuner that allows you to select which map you want to use, or a bass knob for a subwoofer? I would trace the wires back and see where it goes.....

By looking at the cables, I think it's just an led or lights controller. The previous owner must had a set of LEDs installed around the car. I suspect that the black cable is the ground, and the two other cables are the positive and negative wires placed between the electrical currents. The number is a programmed timer, for example, 1 for continuous, 2 for short blinking, 3 for fast blinking.
