We wanted to thank PSI ProFormance for purchasing our Kevlar Gallardo clutch for their Twin Turbo Gallardo project. After contacting a few of our customers, they decided that our Gallardo Kevlar clutch would be a perfect match for their Twin Turbo project. One of their concerns was that their customer wanted a Hi Performance clutch that can handle the extra horsepower and drive like a stock clutch. We told them that it can handle the extra horsepower and it will be better than a stock clutch. The pedal pressure should be 20-30% lighter and you will have a more positive clutch engagement.

They were also concerned that they might experience chattering and vibration with the clutch. We told them that our Kevlar clutch does not chatter at all. Our competitor's Kevlar clutch chatters because it 's not set up perfectly and they use very cheap Kevlar material.

We also told them that the installation of our Gallardo Kevlar clutch is plug and play. There is no need to make any modifications. The installation is the same as a stock clutch. After the installation, they couldn't believe how smooth this Hi Performance clutch is. They did not experience any chattering and they stated that this is smoother than the original clutch and the car feels like a new car. They loved the positive engagement. We hear this from our customers a lot.:)

They (PSI ProFormance) are located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. If you need to have a clutch installed or Twin Turbo your Gallardo and you're close to Pennsylvania, they are the shop to go to.

I will have them post their feedback here:

The throwout bearing is hydraulic -- so why would pedal pressure change?

How much HP/TQ can this clutch hold?
Are there different stages?
Our stage 1 can handle up to 1000 horsepower and our stage 2 can handle up to 1200 horsepower.
