There is an abundance of Huracaans and they are mostly comparable in performance since inception. IMO, only the Perf's and STO's will garner attention down the road. The rest will depreciate to a certain point and then remain flat because they offer a ton of car in that $150K to $250K price range vs a Porsche 911 for example.

That doesn’t even make sense. A Urus is pretty generic 😂😂. Anyway you some of you seem a little bit more testy than even the Ferrari chat crew wow. You realize I was having conversation to see opinions not to get in a pissing match about cars that were pretty blessed to be able to play with.
Go do your research on the STO and you'll understand what makes that car special even though they've made quite a few.

In regards to the Urus, they only had a single version and now there is a perf which I am getting. I like the more sportier models but that's not for everyone.

Not really I was asking the question what makes a Perf more special than a Tecnica that was the question.
No but its what you were insinuating.

"My personal preference from what I see so far is Tecnica, perf, then STO…. But I have Not driven the Tecnica yet.."

I believe you will find more people that are interested in the more special variants if they have the opportunity to get one versus the standard but some might prefer the softer versions. I recently made that exact choice on a Porsche. I skipped over a GT3 for a Targa GTS4 and although the Targa is more rare it likely wont be worth the same amount in a few years.

STO's are running in to 23 because they haven't been able to get the materials to build them all. For example mine has all of the exterior carbon and I was told it delayed my build about 6 months.

As good as the Huracan is, they made a lot of them with many different variants. Not to mention the basic platform and engine are shared with the R8 which will hurt its ability to enter collector grade territory (at least in our lifetime).

I’d stick to V12 models if collectibility is important to you. At least the chassis and engines are bespoke to the brand - as well having the signature scissor doors.
I wish I had more room, I would love to add a Murci, Diablo and and AV SV. Next year might be a good time to go shopping.

Ya it was actually pretty sad and scary situation. He was a big Porsche guy then he bought the perf and fell off a cliff. According to him his wheels locked and the car wouldn’t turn but thankfully he was going slow enough where they just slowly drove off the cliff.
So he came into a turn too hot and understeered and slid off a cliff? Sounds like a driver issue. Nothing else makes sense.

Yeah but it's the only mid engined Ferrari you can buy right now...so sure it hasn't flopped totally but I have no trouble getting an allocation for one right now....Honestly I would have considered an F8 over a Huracan if they still made it and I was really disappointed I didn't get a chance to compare one to the Huracan...but I won't consider any V6 period...even as a second car I probably wouldn't...not if I can buy a mid engine V10 and V12 new still...Do you not agree ?
Did you drive the 296? I was not interested either but I was very impressed with the sound, power and the braking was insane. I ended up ordering a GTS after initially not having any interest whatsoever.
