I’m preparing for a connecting rod swap on my 2005 Gallardo. Both mentally, economical and practical 😆

Does anybody here have drawings with dimensions for these tools?

Camshaft locking tool (the U shaped thing you bolt to the camshaft to make them fixed in place)

The crankshaft locking tool

The cam phaser tightening tool

Yes, I can buy them, but this job is blowing my budget even before I’m starting 😆
Like 800 $ for just the head bolts 😱

You need an M10 Poly Drive long socket for the head bolts

You need an M14 Spline Drive for the cam phaser bolts..

Dimensions of a cam tool 109mm centres, M8 bolts, no more than 12mm width on the flats..

I don't use a crank locking tool, I just degree wheel the engine to TDC

I even have a single tool for accurately timing them individually
