Hey guys! Car has been acting up funny lately. Takes a few seconds longer to start (it is colder now). But sometimes it now takes me two tries to start the car. Last week at about 11pm I could not get it started just sounded like a dud. 30 minutes later I went out and it started up (first try). Voltage is around 13 so that's good and lights, radio, etc., all work fine. Cold this be a starter issue? I'm not sure how to upload a video on here no attachments are working. I am not thinking it's just the cold. I got the car in April 2021 still chilly but no issues like this.

Make, model, age would help. CELs? Fuel condition? Gotta give more info. Welcome to the site.

Usually starters just die. Just. Like. That.

It’s unlikely a starter problem if your engine turns over.

More info needed.
