Any clay kit at auto supply store will do. Follow instructions and never rub into the paint. Let the soapy water and clay do the work.
If your car is in good condition, hand polish and wax is sufficient. I order my stuff online when it comes to polish and wax. I like zaino bro but there are plenty of good products out there. Detailer domain is a good source on products. Meguire has good "ultimate pre wax polish" that works well on light swirls for darker cars and tail light lenses. I use scratch x from McGuire on medium to light scratches and scuff.
I use zaino for leather protectant too since it has uv protection and a great leather smell. Lexol from auto supply store is also great.
