Got the engine out of my 92’ tonight.
Trying to separate the transmission from the engine, I got all the bell housing nuts off, and got it +1/2” clear now, but seem stuck on one of the spline axles or something else..?

Wondering if there is any snap rings or the like I need to get off too?
Clutch bearing axle can stay on, right?

Checking in, before I simply apply more force…

yes, the bearing is connected to the preasure plate. So you can release the circle-spring in the picture above, or simply remove the lever for the clutch slave on the out side of the transmission, and it will slide right out.

Ok. Now it is out and good. You do not need to open that. If parallel you need no or not much force. Is your axle rusted in the pivot bearing ?
