Went to the garage and roasted some fresh coffee then pulled a really nice double shot with lots of crema and here I am. Been roasting green coffee beans at home for fifteen years. Anyone else roast their own?

Notice the name on the machine? Andreja Premium Evo and of course it's made in Italy. Best of all, it has two giant knobs at the top. Hard to imagine that happening with a name that has "Evo" in it.
