PN for quarter-turn/spring loaded screws?

Hey

I'm about to send a few carbon parts over to a F-talk member for his alpine diablo. However, I'd like to find the quarter-turn style spring-loaded screws that are used on the OEM engine cover. I've looked around, but haven't found anything that matched 100%.

Anyone have this PN by any chance? Or, an effective equivilant? He needs to be able to secure it in the stock location.
