I recently went thru a top end rebuild, head gasket replacement and timing cover re-seal on my 04 Murci. From what I saw, the only way to get to the oil pump chain tightener bolts and removing the chain from the oil pump crown gear and engine pinion is by removing the heads which will allow you to remove the front timing cover. See pics below.
When I called my local dealer to get a quote for head gasket replacement, they said "we can't even begin to imagine how much that'll cost". I hung up the phone and since I don' trust anyone in my area to touch my car, I ended up doing the job myself requiring me to purchase special wrenches from Lamborghini to remove the heads and the timing gear/cam phase transformers.
Nasty job and very time consuming.
