Just came back from a trip to Boston from NYC. Roads were fine with the exception of two spots on the Hutch. Major dip at two overpasses. Had no time to slow down, they didn't look bad from a distance. Scratched my front chin.

It would be great to have a site by State indicating all the bumps in the HWY that would damage low cars. Is there one?

I'll start it for Staten Island HWYS:

Staten island expressway is fine in both directions. Slow down to 25 when approaching VZ Bridge.

Richmond parkway is bumpy but only caution going south at exit to South

Shore expressway. Two major dips that will harm.

South Shore Exp. is OK.

Gothals Bridge is being worked on till 2006. Don't do it.

Go all the way south on the meadowbrook and it will turn into ocean parkway. ON a nice weekend youll see tons of ferraris and lambo or two. Every sunday there are viper and corevtte meets in one of many many parking lots. It's really a great drive there is an area that is 35 but after that ite pretty much anyhting goes. Very rarely do i see a cop or traffic past Jones beach.
