Need help identifying engine block

Hi everyone!

I've added some pictures of my Urraco engine block. I can't seem to find the engine number anywhere. Any help and education would be much appreciated!

Thanks guys, I found it. Engine block # 15716

Any idea what model year this would be?

Is this also your chassis-nr? with the chassis-Nr I can provide you all available details for your car.

If 15716 is also the chassis/vin you have one of the unidentified swiss delivered cars:

Please in any case post some pictures of you car, would be interested to see the body number which is near the engine lid strut.

This is an extra engine block that I've had for awhile, I sold my P250 two years ago

you might also be able to find some molding dates on the cylinder heads.
Any idea where your extra block came from? Bad luck if it was 15716 - mans most likely this car was destroyed and taken to pieces.

Also quite common that the stamped molding date on the pieces and the delivery of a car were month or years different, I had once a Miura engine which had the same.

Is this engine for sale ? I still have some urraco and jalpa parts and missing the underblock.
