I transported a 2015 Gallardo a few weeks ago and now the owner is claiming damage to his mirrors. Is there a way to repair the pins alone without buying the entire mirrors?

u can repair, but u need to be a handyman, or at least the shop that does it, needs to know what they are doing.

Replacing the complete mirror is only way to get them from factory, They do not service parts for these other than the mirror glass and the glass motor.
Be prepared as they are about $2100 retail price each side

thanks guys, I found the link very useful. It looks like a fairly easy fix. I will give it a shot. If it makes the pins stronger then that would be a nice, I bet it wont be difficult to manufacture those pins from a machine shop, maybe sell it as aftermarket diy fix kit.

have a look at my channel on youtube for fun: Sergethecarhauler
