Car went into the shop for an oil change and the mechanic, who I have known for a long time noticed my rotors are quite worn and suggested I replaced them. He said these rotors below will fit no problems.

They are from a 2003-06 Audi RS6

I did search and members have used RS6 rotors with zero issues but I wanted to double confirm before I went a head with his suggestion.

The RS6 rotors fit. I put the Audi wave rotors on a friend's pre-LP.

However, I suggest going with Girodisc rotors over stock as they are lightweight, larger than the OEM rotors and serviceable.

Actually, the Girodisc is abit thicker so it'll be better for braking. I will go with Girodisc instead!

I believe they are Audi R8's from 2013-15.
Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong but it's also direct fitment but I'm not sure about the rears if they fit or not.
