LP640 Right Radiator Fan not working...I think

Just started the car up and after 5 minutes, I noticed only the left radiator fan working but not the right. Does the right one turn on only after certain temperature or do I have a bad right radiator fan and/or temperature sensor?

It only comes on after if the left one can't keep the engine cool. The left one only comes on if the engine is hot or the AC is on.
