i see old man garage removed his primary by lifting the engine. to lift engine up a few inches, do i loosen the one bolt in the middle of the mount or the 4 smaller bolts?
Thanks Stimpy. Felt like deck was stacked against me. Was about to take extreme action by cutting cat off. Glad I took a step back to see why motor was not moving.
this was a pain in the rear and would give props to everyone that takes on this work on their own. I can’t wait to get her back on road again to hear the murci SCREAM!!
Murci is alive!! Finished the exhaust and ran her for a few minutes in the garage. Even though it’s 10pm here I couldn’t resist. Loudness has more than doubled. I blipped the Throttle a few times before I had to shut her off before cops start swarming my house.
the Volume and pitch are noticeably higher. I can’t wait to drive her. But I first need to get inspected and then get temp plates. Or I’ll be a easy target to get pulled over. Can’t wait to record the new sound of a v12 scream.
Setup -
1. Fabspeed primary delete Off murcielago (off my 05 roadster)
2. LOC muffler.
3. LP 640 exhaust tips extra branch blocked off. - So no valves
Thanks for considering Fabspeed! The LP640 is probably the benchmark sound we all want our cars to sound like (yes that includes my 99 Porsche Boxster) Depending on what setup you are considering, I personally prefer Lamborghini Murcielago Supersport X-Pipe Exhaust System. Bolts on, no lights, and sounds intoxicating! Can't get enough of the Super Cars of London video Paul Wallace put out last year, can NOT go wrong with this setup!
