Hi everyone. Should the rear window be operable at any point? Does the top position (full up or full down) make a difference? Or handbrake on/off?

My rear windows drops and raises during top operations - which is as per normal.

But I can't seem to be able to manually operate it via the switch - it seems to only work intermittently so I am wondering if the switch is the problematic or if there are certain conditions that needs to be met before the rear window will operate.

No it should work anytime you push the button up or down.

Correct, anytime the top is fully up or fully down, but that switch is a momentary cycle switch, so sometimes you have to press it twice for it to go in the other direction. Otherwise, yes, it should work all the time as long as those conditions are met.

I really wish there was an up button, and a down button. The single button to do both is just a pain, and it feels like the just couldn't figure out where to add an extra button.
