Are you not buying from a Lambo dealer? Why wouldn’t these be fixed prior to purchase? Lambo or not, I wouldn’t buy any car from a dealership that has preexisting issues…..

ECM errors are usually not a good sign, try to get the full error codes and look for anything related to the gauge cluster. There's LP700's floating around that I suspect are been rolled back.

Be extra careful in this market, the market is hot so a lot of buyers are buying cars without proper PPI's so there's a lot of shady cars entering the market.

ECM error and all the other ones attached to it is telling me to run. Even with a good PPI done we are all humans and will miss one thing that may cost you an arm and a leg. Unless you buy a bumper to bumper warranty and it's covering every single thing minus the general items I wouldn't touch this car.
