When first time watch it at home is very disappointing. After attending the launch in toronto with grandtouring automobiles in Toronto. I have different feels about the movie.

At first Lamborghini as a car maker after the war is big time underdog. The man is making anything from impossible dream to real.

He lost his first wife and Anita tried to fill his hole and he did warn her at the beginning. His friend Matel will never able to win her at the first place.

So tradition as Italy family spoil the next generation because making ever possible time to build his empire. This man is full of dreams, big imposible dreams and make it happen in real life.

1963 founded the company with lots of big player already and still become a very successful brand is not easy and also pull out the best efficient engineering, best young develop teams. Small blocks V12 that’s like the best power to weight ratio and almost like 70s F1 engine.
my suggestion is to see it in big screen cinema and carry some Italian culture and get use to those Italian accent “ they should use Italian and subtitles. You will feel the movie different.

Ok, tonight I add for the first time ever Movie Critic to my title. Let me say “Wow, you all missed this movie!” Perfect? Far from it. Racing epic? No, neither is Lamborghini known for racing. Fully accurate? No, nor is any movie. Really thought provoking and draws one in to learn more? Yes. Makes one think highly of the story and brand? Yes. Great movie to watch on the couch with your wife in front of the fire? Yes. Acting leaves much to be desired? Just like every movie in the last 2 decades. Left some story and car scenes on the table? Yes, but in the end interesting movie about a brand we all revere. Worth the watch.

I have but two major objections: what on earth went through the producers’ brains when they paired a Countach up with a Ferrari Mondial in the beginning scene? The singularly crappiest Ferrari ever made should not be in the same sentence, much less on the same screen, with that Countach. I won’t spoil it, but the last scene somewhat redeemed the first, but again, wrong choice of Ferrari.

the second was some of the script. “I’ll need to re-design the chassis to accommodate the dual cam shafts” and “we changed the regular gearshift with a gated shifter to save room in the engine compartment” were the two lines that jumped out at me as egregiously offensive.

still, the movie is better than the critics in the posts above suggest. 🏎

I just enjoy anything Lamborghini so for me it was worth watching. I didn’t have high expectations based on all the comments.

My expectations are not that high for the Lamborghini movie. However I really really really enjoyed the House of Gucci movie, it didn't tell the exact story but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. I'm not a purist. My expectations were high for F v. F movie based on y'all recommendation.
Shame this couldnt be done one the same level as f v f. Big let down
The Lamborghini movie has nothing on Ford v. Ferrari. Even House of Gucci is better. If you don't like/love the Lamborghini brand I doubt you'd be a fan of the movie.

Hope the Ferrari movie is better but I'm not holding my breath.
I have a renewed trust in the Ferrari movie as it's by Michael Mann.

He made Collateral which is a great movie that stars Tom Cruise, Jamie Foxx, Jada Pinkett Smith, Mark Ruffalo, Jason Statham, Javier Bardem.

He also made Heat which is another great movie that stars Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Natalie Portman, Danny Trejo, William Fichtner.

It will be better than the Lamborghini movie that's for sure.
That sounds good, I still haven't seen Lamborghini vs Ferrari.

It ain’t t a good movie, unless bodies are buried in the desert!!!
Michael Mann is one of my favorite directors, my all time favorite is Heat and coincidentally I'm watching Thief right now also by him and a lot of the same scenes. The story is basically the same. He spent so much time improving the same movie until he got exactly what he wanted with Heat. He's going to do a brilliant F movie.

😂😂😂😂
We need a re-do over for a good lambo movie back to its roots directed by Spielberg or James Cameron 😉
New news regarding the Ferrari movie:
Mann finished shooting “Ferrari” last year, his first film in over seven years. I’m guessing that one gets a splashy premiere at the Venice Film Festival in September.

The $90 million “Ferrari” is still being shopped around for American distribution as we speak. Mann’s upcoming epic was originally produced by STX Entertainment, which went bankrupt while filming was taking place.

According to a recent report from Variety, “Ferrari” was picked up by Sky Cinema for a UK release later this year. So, at least there’s that. Otherwise, no US distributor has yet to bite at the prospect of acquiring Mann’s passion project.

PLUS: confirmation of a new Maserati film.

The Lamborghini movie's director will be directing the Maserati movie too:
