Why is this surprising? Lambo is a business at the end of the day their goal is to make money. With the STO in particular, I know a lot of Ferrari/P car fanatics that have finally dipped their toe in Lambo via the STO as they have finally made a proper drivers car. This foot in the door will ultimately mean more new customers for Lambo which will invariably buy more models in the future.

I much prefer Lambo to make a tonne of them so anyone with the money can actually buy it / enjoy it....rather than what Porsche and Ferrari does which is to create a bs heirarchy w**kfest hoop-jumping system

I did I actually had to pay more then I wanted. I’m hoping it holds its value. I just want to get my car and stop looking at pictures everyday so i decided to pull the trigger.

So is it typical Lamborghini dealers are charging ADM for STO allocations? Thought that was only a Porsche dealer issue.

My first lambo as well. Impulse buy but we only live once. The whole EV craze kind of sped up my decision with this and the g63 I purchased last year. Im already in the doghouse with these purchases. Wife’s not to happy.

As an owner of the STO, I think it's great they're selling all they can make. It'll never be an Edsel.

I spoke with my dealer today and he told me he still has 3 STO orders to submit. I remember I was the first STO order at my dealer back in 2020 and at that time it look like the STO would have a 2 year production.

Man can’t go wrong with either. You will definitely save money on the tecnica. But the STO is badass.

Tecnica. I honestly believe your investment, if this matters to you, is safer with the Tecnica for many reasons. It's also 95% of what the STO is, MUCH more practical (if storage space etc matters to you), more comfortable, etc.
Just my personal opinion.

Comfort and practicality are rarely investment measures - if anything its always the most hardcore/impractical iterations of supercars that maintain or go up in value overtime. I have more confidence in the STO being the hero and most sought after car once they finally can H production, but time will tell. Nobody wants a watered down supercar even if its 9/10ths.

To me, the STO is the more special car. Full exterior carbon body (except doors and roof), less sound deadening, more sport oriented chassis and powertrain calibration, wider track and CCM-R brakes (this feature is a bigger deal than many seem to realize). As far as I know, the Tecnica is mostly a facelifted Evo.

Never heard anyone imply that the Tecnica is a "watered down supercar", lol. Not sure I can name a more well rounded vehicle for the coin.
