I’ve heard reference to some glitches in 2020/2021 infotainment. I’ve tried to do some research but haven’t found any specific issues. Two questions i) is there a summary of known problems ii) my order is one of the last MY builds, order was accepted a week before 2022 production opened up….is this a software update and if so do you think these options will be made to current cars in production. Thanks for your thoughts.

All I really need is a tidal to play on apple car play, and some a/c. I’m not very needy, LOL

I use Apple Car Play for music and works great with Spotify. Some had issues with using music on internal drive but I would never use that. AC works great. My only other issue was not being able to use two finger swipe for volume control when in Carplay but a software update fixed. As for Alexa it sucks, but since you cant run Alexa and Carplay at same time not an issue for me since only use Carplay

I’m going to miss not having nav and music/station list up in the instruments cluster as a ‘view’, seems like a big step backwards. On weekend drives we are always finding new secondary roads on the fly so quickly flipping back and forth between my track list and nav was so easy and seamless without looking away! Am I over thinking my newfound concern for the infotainment setup?

Not sure about your EVO and Tidal but when I use Carplay on my Mercedes I'm able to toggle one screen that has both Waze and Spotify

Thanks for the redirect!!!! I'm checking my SA on the build and version of the infotainment software. Maybe they've bumped me to 2022 and didn't tell me!

My only issue now is it losing its connection once in awhile, but other than that no issues.
