And people still seem to doubt that the Aventador replacement is all but sold out and will be by the time it is officially released. If they can sell 1499 units of the Sterrato we are clearly underestimating the rise of the Lamborghini brand.

I heard 180-200 for Italy, but I'm not sure. The big new is that Huracan successor Hybrid is ready at the factory, very beautiful, gorgeous car
Lamborghini will make 900 Sterratos, quoting a European market price of €263,000 (£228,000) before taxes. That’s roughly £55,000 more than its closest conceivable rival, the 911 Dakar, but undercuts the track-focused Huracán STO by more than £30,000.

The light bar, mud-flaps and whatever kind of cutouts in the fenders were clearly left off of production. All things that make it more ridiculous but better in my opinion.
The snorkle was added, however which is a nice addition.
The racing harness and roll bars would have been cool too even if not needed/practical - but what on the car is?

looking forward to this! It does seem that all of the interest has made Lambo greedy on numbers though.
I think a lot were interested when the numbers were 250, then 963, thinking it would be hard to get hold of and easy to flip. Might be less interest, now they will be easier to get!
It's a lot of cars for for a micro-niche, even if it will be more useable than the 'mainstream' huracan.

Anyway, happy to be getting one, specced it up today. Roll on next winter.
(Pointed out to dealer that the optional Sterrato winter tires "developed by Pirelli", are 20", whereas all the wheels are 19...)
