The dealer in Scottsdale I was talking to who then disappeared, has come back over a week later and said he’s bad at technology and emailing but wants me to come in…

my phone number is auto in my email signature so he could’ve called lol. Clearly he thought he had someone else on the hook for more and that person walked so now he’s coming back to me.

I told him the inventory is increasing daily with numerous price cuts, so I’m in a holding pattern now 😁

Similar situation with a 720S I was recently going to pull the trigger on and drive for a year. Seeing the wholesale data scared me off, as the prices are coming down quickly.

Some will go ahead and over pay but not many. Huracaan mentioned the other day we don't have the population so wealthy to buy all these cars at ultra inflated prices. In my opinion these cars are mostly limited to big cities. In many places the area for a car like that is completely a waste, not enough road to drive, or even driveable.

Let's take the H example, now there's 63 cars for sale, that means you need another 63 guys who have even deeper pockets than the first set who WANT to pay this significant mark up. As we saw in the previous 4 months not many decided to do so. Plus as we mentioned driving season is getting real short then 5 months of snow.

What mileage are you aiming for in that price range? It looks like theres a few around the $250k-260k range with higher mileage (around 50k kms).

Im not sure if 30k kms would be considered high, but there's a couple for $280s. I think $260k for a low mileage (under 20k kms) would be fair. But maybe someone can correct me.

Funny how the our cheapest 2019 (Specific year) Spyder is 369K, Though there are few older cars that are cheaper.

If our money was worth yours or car prices as low then a whole lot more people would own these.

Update:Car Gurus notified me today that it sold. I contacted the SA and asked what it sold for and he said 1k below list $248k. Who knows if that’s true, but I had to ask.

It was an H 2018 convertible rwd with 8k miles. Green exterior with black interior (w/green stitching)
