I know a lot of people that’s leveraged and bought a lot of property. We’ve stayed away because we expect that bubble to burst. Air bnb in our eyes was a temporary monetary gain. I’m sure we will see if we were right or wrong but hoping we can scoop up a personal vacation property when the dust settles.

Aside from the, “Covid” money, I wonder how much of lambos customer base will be okay and still be keeping demand up.

I’m 100% sure, that the $150 billion that the US is sending to Ukraine, much of it is going towards luxury items. In fact, IF the war ever ends… Zelenskyy will walk away a multimillionaire.
