Okay that does it. After all the claims, or fomenting if you will, I am convinced we are headed for a crash. I guess I will have pay someone to take my EVO off my hands............ :giggle:
I think by the time you get your STO, you will still be able to trade in your EVO at a premium. I was hoping to be able to sell mine before the bubble bursts. We all knew this would come to an end at some point.

The reality if you have a mass produced model, is values will drop over time. If you have a limited edition low volume car, values should be better. Performantes doing okay. 997 RS selling for twice their MSRP. 4.9 RS dont even ask.. Curious to see how STOs do. Some say they will sell 3000 models others say less than 1000. I'm sure when the next model comes out prices will drop across the board before going up. Everyone is going to want the latest and greatest

Lol I love all the talk about the huracan being a “high volume car.” It has sold in its entire life like a week’s worth of Ford Explorers.

Why don’t we all calm down ….. it’s a Lamborghini. And that’s special and it always will be. Remember what Frank Sinatra said “You buy a Ferrari when you want to be somebody. You buy a Lamborghini when you are somebody.”

Congrats and godspeed to everyone who has the great fortune and privilege to have one. I hope you enjoy it in good health as I do, and I hope it never matters to you what’s it’s worth, because what it’s worth to you should be priceless.

Happy July 4th everyone, from the greatest country in the world!

Seemed apparent that people use the term "high volume", in this context, to refer to the trims that aren't limited run.

We're talking about high volume for a supercar.

I’ll say that it really isn’t that high of volume for a super car. Perhaps in comparison to how many they made 20 years ago, but there are way more people that can afford them now which makes the point moot.

The delirium of people saying high pricing should apply to a high volume car (relative to anything Lamborghini has ever made) always amuse me.

there’s a big, big difference between Miura, Countach, Diablo and Murcielagos. Number don’t lie. People do. Lol

But how many Murci's, Diablo's and Miura's will be on the market at one time even if the market slows? There's over 300 Huracan's for sale right now and just under 100 G's and we still have 2 years of Huracan production left. Yes, there's more buyers than say 10 years ago but the rarity of the Huracan model range has been lost with so many cars produced.

To that point, although there will be less of those for sale, there will be far less buyers for them as well. More Huracans yes, but far more buyers as well.

20 years ago the population of the earth was about 6.1 billion and since then has increased by about 25%. Whatever was considered low volume back then, you must increase that number by 25% to get the equivalent low volume number today. Huracan numbers may still be within acceptable parameters.

I see that there are 198 on cars.com. To keep it consistent on what we’re seeing, everyone make sure to search only “Lamborghini” “huracan” “nationwide distance from my zip” and no other filters. Unless you are going to break it down further, like model, drive type, convertible/coupe, etc..

USA Numbers:

cars.com = 198 Huracans
Cargurus = 368 Huracans (down from last week)
AutoTrader = 381 Huracans
What I gather from this post is that if I'm shopping for a car I should go to Autotrader, lol.

Theres 136 Huracans on cars.com and almost 30% (28.7 to be exact) have had price reductions recently. The pricing bubble will collapse in less than 6 months as Technica becomes the latest/greatest.

600LT’s Spiders are almost in the high 100k’s…
600LT Spyders almost in the high 100k's... HUH.... these are the cheapest ones in the USofA. Nice try with your FUD
