I personally am not advocating for a collapse of the market as obviously that would indicate a general economic collapse. What I want is for the market to return to normal and for the people who are hoarding and flipping the cars just for economic reasons to just focus their attention on things other than consumer goods. There are financial instruments for that and the participants are all in it for economic gain as opposed to a hobby market.
+1, though I have no problem with people making money and flipping the script on the marque dealerships. It's all good, and what makes the world-go-round.

Funny as heck, but you are being way to generous a park bench is much more exciting. ;) :giggle:
Depends on the neighborhood. ;)
You can be very happy to own the EVO. The game will be over soon. RWDs and AWD coupes are sold out. Availability of AWD Spyders on Special request only.
Guess what will happen once the market recognizes that these phenomenal specimens are history forever.

Funny you said that, I was thinking about selling my EVO but reneged because it's just to darn good, and my SA stated if you change your mind please let me know. :giggle: Overall, they got it right with the EVOs'.

I noticed you were considering to separate from the EVO. :)
EOP of EVOs should be well before the end of 2023. STO and Tecnica terminate the Huracan era in 2024.

Yes + GPF free.
EVO was the last best Huracan for someone wanting a daily driver. Good upgrades from the previous gen, but not so collectible that you wouldn’t want to drive it all the time, and not so hardcore.
Collectable or not it's the real deal and I am not letting it go...........To own an EVO is to love an EVO. Engine symphony, power it ticks all the boxes for me.

Exactly. It’s a matter of enthusiasm for this kind of a dying technology.

I agree the Huracan is special but it's still a mass produced supercar and Lamborghini has no issue to keep building them till the very end.

Enjoy your car, it's not a collectible and stop worrying about values.

Oh, that’s a huge misunderstanding. I am not at all worrying about this kind of (monetary) values. My mistake.
I just try to explain I would spend lots of efforts to possess such car as long as I am able to driving it.

do you predict Huracans coming down to sub $250k range anytime soon?
I do. It's not a coincidence that a hot RE market and low rates fuels the Canadian supercar market. You can literally overlap supercar prices and RE prices over the past 10 years to see how close both markets mirror each other.

I don't know when prices will hit $250k but you're already seeing an uptick of Huracan's on AT which is directly related to rates going up and a slowing RE market.

And for reference, Pre-COVID (Jan/Feb 2020) 580's were in the low 200's and some higher mileage 580's sold for $180k and 610's were sitting in the low 200's. The only difference between now and then was US dealers would buy inventory from Canada. If US dealers are sitting on too much inventory that means the local market will have to support the supercar market and that's scary in a down market.

Also another thing to consider is look at how many Huracan variants there were back in 2020 compared to now. Look at the production numbers of the Huracan back in 2020 and now. There's way more Huracan's now and not as rare as they were 2 years ago.

Good point about production numbers. My guess is Lambo produced 5000 H's since 2020 (based on pre-2020 #'s) so that's 5000 more cars that will hit the used market at some point and this doesn't include another 5000 or so cars over the next 2 years.

Dang looks like people are actually paying these prices still . Lease pending on the 2015 610 for $285k and another 2015 asking $288k. From my recent talks with dealers, they don't move significantly on the price either. If the new 10% tax wasn't coming, then ordering a Tecnica at MSRP would be a no brainer.
