How did the EVO handle at those speeds? I have only had my EVO RWD up to 185mph/298kph and it was planted and performed flawlessly.

It's a different world up there. I can't remember how many times I've hit speeds over 300 but from 330 on you have to watch your braking as the rear end gets light and the road all of a sudden has bumps you have never felt before. You really are aware of the forces at work, and when the engine hit the limiter in 7. I first did not realize what it was as you're so focused on the road ahead. Although I usually drive mostly in Sport mode, on the Autobahn I always use Corsa as the car feels more planted with the stiffened suspension setup.

^^Thanks for the analysis. I am trying to see if I can find a local airport runway to achieve max speed but it has not that easy to arrange.
