Agree, this was my question as well for the above thread? I thought the STO was limited production? Maybe I miss-understood?

I do not believe the STO is limited but as of this morning In talking with my dealer the North American market gets roughly 500 units and the worldwide units are going to be somewhere in the 1200-1300 range. My dealer initially told me that we had plenty of time to get the order in for the sto since I wasn't in a hurry. He contacted me a couple weeks ago and changed it to being semi urgent as he told me allocations may not be honored if the order que gets too full.

Limited by production year similar to the Perf and believe it or not they'll be less STO's than the SVJ + SVJ Roadster.

Keep in mind the headline of the article says "all models will be electrified". My guess is they're trying to keep the V10 alive but I can't see this happening without support from Audi and I can't see Audi keeping the R8 alive much longer or having a V10 in their lineup. My guess is it'll be a V8.

I delayed my allocation due to some last min changes but my new allocation has come up. As for magnesium wheels, they are unavailable with no indication on time frame for availability. I had them on my order but will change to black standard wheels. If possible I’ll try to buy them in the future if they are made available.

Just got word my STO is on a vessel and should be arriving in Halifax in 20 days. Probably another 7-14 days for my car to be transported to the west coast.

I didn’t even try to negotiate, as like the others, I was happy just to be included. In retrospect I should’ve asked for a small model replica or something. I did get a tee shirt, lol……

I’m pretty certain those that are getting MY 2022s will see a price increase as well.

Dad was a tough negotiator and used to wear the Buick dealer down (he only bought American). I remember the haggard salesman sighing as he said ‘I hope we’re not gonna let $50 dollars get in the way of a sale’.

Though I’m not the negotiator he was, that phrase has always stuck with me when I go car shopping. And no I don’t let a few $$$$ spoil my fun once my mind‘s made up.

I’m the same way, I will ask the question, but beyond that I never let a reasonable deal stand In the way. I have often told my SA that I know you have to make money, just be fair and if you’re not I will know.

Now that some people are taking delivery of their STOs, can anyone report on the driving experience, comparison with other Huracans and whether there are any issues with streetability such as experienced with the Porsche GTR2 RS?

No one in this thread has taken delivery yet. I would say wait until end of the month because a lot of customer cars will be arriving.

Not that I’m aware of. I asked numerois times to see a build sheet. No one seems to have it.

I heard from two separate dealers - one said $417, the other $450. I believe that is a solid range, probably as close as I can come.

The actual spec is detailed in the 121 page order guide. I suppose you could use the price guide to then gather that data.
