There's an internal dealer PDF with pics and info of the STO. My sales guy doesn't have the PDF but the owner of the dealership does and from what he saw he told me the arr will have a lot of carbon, carbon front and rear bumper, race brakes, race seats, light weight wheels, rear engine cover like the SVJ. It's nothing like the Performante or any other Lambo because it's basically a race car for the road.

He told they're aiming for a possible end of Oct launch.
How much more HP? Is it going to be a quantum leap forward like the AMG GT Black series?

chances of any mass produced car in 2020 holding its value is close to 0.

this doesn't change the fact that it is a good reason to order one :)
Resale or not the 765LT is going to destroy anything in its price range and supposedly be a numbered model. Dont have a Macca dealer locally and they sound like a Hoover vacuum but cant deny performance n

Interestingply enough, my dealer just reached out to me this evening and offered me an allocation. I accepted, despite being reluctant to part with my beloved Performante. Will the STO be the best, last, end of an era, Huracan? Time will tell, but it certainly has a chance to be.
Sick! With your defensive lineman build did your dealer express any concern with fit? Assume the STO is coming with rollbar like the M4 GTS? Harnesses instead of seatbelts is illegal for the street no? Wonder if will come with Senna CF style seats those look perfect for a race car for the street.

Will check with my dealer how many allocations he is getting but a major Swiss dealer is only getting 3 allocations this year - so 15 for Canada sounds about right. Was also told 700 globally
Thats also what I heard. Doubt 600 just for NA there are many wealthy Lambo VIPs in Asia Europe and the Middle East. Japan alone has a hardcore Lambo clientale.

Needs bigger wing

Honestly wish they went with more HP like AMG GTR Black and GT2RS.

I get the ethos of the STO lightweight by 330 lbs and Super Trofeo aero and handling. Im sure Lambo hits a home run.

Does it make my 580 passe? Dont care as for a DD cant beat the sport and comfort I enjoy.

STO looks clean and purposeful like it's crouching ready to pounce.

I too am happy Lambo didn't go nuts with dive planes, S-duct, louvres, intakes and vents that would ruin the clean aesthetics of the STO.

It certainly is an awesome car, and I noticed it has a slightly modified version of the new sport seats. It is pretty hardcore and that will leave some saying "not for me". As much as I like everything about it for me it simply is not practical. Two things that surprised me were the HP and the price. I expected a bump in HP and I thought it was going to base closer to $375K - $400K. How can it be slower 0-60 than a stock 610? Maybe because it's RWD?

The STO will still be a pretty rare car compared to the Pista and AMG GT Black Series. People consider the Perf mass produced but it's still a rare car when you consider cars like the Pista, Porsche GT cars and even some Mclarens.
Doubt it will be much rarer than the AMG GT BS which stickers starting at $389000.

Only 120 SLK 55 AMG BS produced

700 total CLK 63 AMG BS

350 total SL 65 AMG BS

800 total C 63 AMG BS

Slower?

"Lamborghini says the Performante can lap Daytona in 1:51.80, while the full-race-car Huracán GT3 EVO can do so in 1:46.40. The STO splits the two nicely, turning in a 1:48.86 lap. That's pretty dang impressive for a street-legal anything" Motortrend

I am stunned by the amount of attention this car has received on Fchat. It’s a complete phenomenon. I think it’s a combination of things, but two factors seem to loom largest: 1). the STO is an unapologetic final embodiment of what made ICE cars so special to so many of us...NA, noise, relative lightness, and hyper focused on driver experience, 2). the entire “race car for the road” ethos. I was perfectly happy with my Performante until the STO was revealed, and then I quickly put my money down for a forecasted Q3/Q4 delivery. Like everyone else, I am super excited. Working through my spec now.
Hit the nail on the head Cadster. The STO is the antithesis of the 488/F8 with turbos, lame-sounding exhaust, heavy, more GT/insulated driving experience compared to 458.

Lots of hate towards the 488/F8 on F-chat so no surprise how much love the STO is getting. Enough hate it convinced Blu Bull aka Scott to trade in his 488 for an EVO😅

BTW smart to ignore shadowfax it's a losing proposition to argue with him. We all know you're right and he's clueless when it comes to Lambo.
