While the Evo Exhaust sounds good the problem that not even an upgraded exhaust will help is the way it cuts the pops and cracks far more than my 2015. I'm guessing the Evo is similar to Huracans made after 2016 or were updated with that software that cut down on them? I never did that update. So I wonder if Sto will have that same safety feature?

For cracks and pops there are aftermarket tuners that can give them back to you if you want them.
Might do a tune but still get them most of the time, just not as much as in my 2015. Guessing they did this to protect cats?

This is the first time I have hard this, so the EVO has less pops and cracks by design?
When it detects cats getting to hot it shuts them off for a couple seconds. Would think your car does that as lambo made this change around 2017, but if you don't drive that hard you might not even notice it. So I'm curious if Sho will have it also?

I know a lot of people don’t like those sound effects and I hated when I first saw the release video of the Huracan, then I found myself liking it. I will admit sometimes it’s almost embarrassing it’s so loud.
Yea my Huracan actually became to much for me, had a Fabspeed exhaust and was very loud. I'm happy with Evo exhaust, sounds great when accelerating and the pops and cracks are not annoyingly loud. Not sure I want to do a tune that disables the safety feature? Even when I had VF tune on my 2015 it didnt disable it and would still reduce them for a couple seconds when I was playing a bit to much trying to get the loudest sounds

Yes, the US is the biggest market but it also gives Lamborghini an excuse to have dealers sell you a $10k+ OEM race exhaust.

I still believe MY22 models will get GPF.
Dealers here, at least mine, make you sign a waiver acknowledging that the race exhaust is not street legal. I have a feeling even that will change when Lamborghini adds the GPF, I don't think they will allow dealers to remove it and if it is removed will affect warranty. Also from the Ferrari forum removing it gets you a CEL and you can't pass inspection, while cars now that go with aftermarket don't have that issue will ones with GPF? The days of working around these regulated devices are coming to an end I fear

Exhaust sound to many has become all about the pops and crackles and I think it's now overdone with how many people are doing tunes to cars that artificially give them crazy amount. The Evo sounds amazing accelerating, the way a screaming V10 should and has just the right amount of pops without sounding over the top the way my huracan 610 did. And again, no matter what exhaust you add to the Evo you will still have it temporarily cut out if you are on it to much. When i got my car it had 1,700 miles on it so the exhaust baffles had time to break in, your new cars will sound better with miles
