I have a question for those with retrofitted HID lights (preferably in a Diablo). Can anyone tell me what happens if:
- The lights have been on a for a while (nicely warmed up)
- Start the engine.
During the engine start, the lights are turned off as normal to make sure all battery power is made available to the starter but then should come back on once the cranking has stopped. This is the routine I use when I get gas at night. Sometimes one of the lights will not re-ignite due to the quick off/on. I have tried other ballasts / starters etc with no change.
Thus the question... do you have any problems like this and if not what brand of HID setup are you using?
