But it states they will only deliver to the US. Anyone here know who this guy is and anyone over there willing to take delivery for me if I buy them and then ship them to me in Spain USPS Insured ground. Of course I will pay for shipping and time spent.

No it does not matter as I want to paint them gold anyway, any info on the respectabilty of the seller would be appreciated as there have been a lot of scams on the CT wheels recently
